Commercial space/lease, working from home or a co-working space? What should I do?

About this Event

COVID 19, if nothing else, has allowed us to test the remote working concept, and for the most part it has proven positive for both employers and workers.

As we move forward in the new pandemic affected landscape, a far greater array workspace possibilities are now available to us, with many businesses now creating a hybrid mix of time:

• In the corporate office,

• in home office and

• in cohubs

to accommodate their workforce.

So what are the pros and cons?

…and how do we foster creativity, lateralism while maintaining mental health and efficiency as we move forward with mixed models?

And how does this effect our choices when investing in m2 commercial leases?

How will our CBDs, our Suburban Mainstreets and our Regions engage and support this new, more mobile corporate workforce?

Dr Mark Potter is Director and Founder of Meeting Place MV, a working hub in McLaren Vale recently awarded South Australia’s most community focussed small business.

He is currently consulting with a broad range of partners and LGAs across Australia regarding ways to support this new, remote workforce.

This workshop will be delivered via Zoom video Communications. The presenter will send you a very detailed email with a link to the Zoom meeting (you do not need an account) and then a meeting ID number and a password, just log in.

Bookings are essential so book online and if you have any further questions please contact the Polaris Centre on 8260 8205.
